Explanation of the 15M in "new" neurons
Have there been explanations to why voring power increased by 90 mil when the ICP staked are 15 mil?

Should have been more specific. At every interval (1y, 2y, 3y...) of staking , the rewards observed are lower. An 8 y non-dissovling staked neuron gives 21.8% currently as opposed to 28.4% about 2 days ago.
What is your prediction in the long term?
Long term I'm uber-bullish, for reasons I'll explore over the course of 2022.

It was around 28.2%
